During the pandemic response, decisions had to be made quickly about where diagnostics and therapeutics should go. Visibility of what existed was the binding constraint.
We supported the Ministry of Health in mapping national investments, resources, and supply systems for COVID-19 diagnostics and therapeutics. The work strengthened visibility of available resources and fed into planning, coordination, and allocation decisions while the response was under way.
