Expanding diagnostic access is rarely constrained by equipment. It is constrained by whether a workable arrangement exists between the public system and private operators.
We advised a consortium of partners establishing a public–private partnership platform for diagnostic services. The engagement covered partnership design, governance arrangements, and coordination between the parties, and identified models capable of sustaining expanded access to quality diagnostics.
