Industrial strategy is only as good as the institution asked to execute it. The Ministry needed stronger project management capability to move its strategic initiatives from approved plans into delivery.
We designed and delivered capacity-building support across the full project cycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and governance. The work targeted the practices that decide whether a project stays on track: how projects are appraised and sequenced, who owns delivery, how progress is monitored, and how problems reach the people able to resolve them.
